The Workforce Connection of Central New Mexico (WCCNM) board oversees the New Mexico Workforce Connection Centers, the Central Region workforce partner network, and federally-funded employment and training programs and services in the four-county region including Bernalillo, Sandoval, Torrance, and Valencia counties.

About the New Mexico Workforce Connection
The Mid-Region Council of Governments is the administrative entity and fiscal agent for the New Mexico Workforce Connection in the central region of the state (Bernalillo, Torrance, Sandoval and Valencia Counties). The program receives both state and federal funding. The central New Mexico Workforce Connection works to support industries, help businesses become competitive and profitable, and grow workers who are skilled and productive.
