Land-Use History: The land has recently been used for growing crops and raising goats and chickens.

Soil & Water: Rio Grande bottom land with access to ditch irrigation from the Duranes ditch (MRGCD water user agreement). There is also an existing irrigation well that needs work to be fully operable.

Desired Farming Practices: Minimum tillage/sustainable/organic.

Equipment: Tractor with various attachments available for use.

Housing: Possibly could provide in the future.

Acreage: 2.25 acre parcel (historical lineas configuration).
