Vision/Details: I am a current farmer with land looking for another farmer to be a partner in my business. I would like to have my field plowed and readied for seeding in alfalfa -- then seasonally cut and bailed for hay by a partner farmer or lease option. I would be available to irrigate and monitor the field.

Land-Use History: The land is presently in K-31 grass pasture that is cut/bailed for hay.

Soil & Water: Water is from MRGCD.

Desired Farming Practices: Conventional tillage.

Housing: Not available.

Acreage: 5 acres.

Equipment: No major equipment.
