Soil & Water: The soil is rich, fertile, and irrigable. The ditch is adjacent and easy to irrigate from.

Desired Farming Practices: We would like to have the land farmed organically if possible. Would like tillage to deal with weeds.

Acreage: About .4 acres available. There is a small strip w/ 8 dwarf fruit trees on east edge.
