Vision/Details: I am a current farmer with land looking for another farmer to be a partner in my business. I am interested in mentoring a beginning farmer on my land (unpaid).

Land-Use History: The property is currently being used as a ranch. We also grow/raise vegetables, hay & forage, poultry/fowl, and goats/sheep.

Soil & Water: The property is mostly native grassland. It has good water for livestock and minimal irrigation.

Desired Farming Practices: Minimum tillage.

Housing: Might be available in the future.

Acreage: 50+ acres.
