Vision/Details: I am interested farming one acre in Corrales to an existing farmer. The property has great soil, and irrigation ditch that backs up to the property. The land needs a few trees cleared, underground irrigation line run from the ditch to the property,and leveling to get it ready for this spring. Interested in a land lease, crop-share, or partnership arrangement.

Ideally, I hope to grow organic vegetables, herbs, or a vineyard. I want to see my acre utilized.

Soil & Water: The land has ditch access, and the soil is very rich and clay loam. Irrigation is available, but not yet installed.

Desired Farming Practices: Organic.

Acreage: 1-1.5 acres.
