The New Mexico Organic Farming Conference would not be complete without the key note speaker. This year Francis Thicke will be speaking on Ecology As A Model for Organic Agriculture. Thicke is the owner and operator of a certified organic, grass-based, value-added dairy in Iowa, as well as deeply involved with research and promotion of organic agriculture. The conference takes place Friday, February 29th and Saturday, March 1st at the Marriott Albuquerque Pyramid North. You can register the day of the event, or pre-register by mail. |
