Rethinking School Lunch NM Community Meeting

Rethinking School Lunch NM is a collaborative, community-driven initiative aimed at addressing food and health issues in New Mexico schools. These issues include: healthy food options, healthy activities, food and health education, school gardens, the dining experience, procurement, facilities, financial barriers, waste management conditions, professional development, marketing, and policies. The initiative is based on the Center for Ecoliteracy's planning framework titled "Rethinking School Lunch."
