Over the last six years, the South Valley Economic Development has worked to bring retail buyers, business resources, lending resources, and food entrepreneurs together. Now we’re extending an invitation to a select few rural processors around NM to participate, in the hopes of one day rolling it out to communities all around New Mexico. This is your chance to meet some of NM’s largest retail buyers of local foods! You’ll also be able to meet other entrepreneurs who face the same challenges you face, and entrepreneurs who have "made it."
