We are seeking employers in New Mexico to serve as worksites for the SummerWorks! 2015 Program who can provide 250-450 hours of work experience for youth ages 17-21.

Participant wages and workers' compensation during work hours are covered, and you will have full support from a dedicated team of workforce professionals.

  • Social Security Card
  • Family income documentation

Eligibility

To be eligible for the SummerWorks! program, participants must meet the following requirements:

  • Be between the ages of 17-21 years old
  • Must be a Bernalillo, Sandoval, Valencia or Torrance County resident
  • Low-income family status
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Males between ages of 18-21 will need to be registered for selected service
  • Must also meet barrier requirements established by the Workforce Investment Act
